Responsibilities
- Manage front-of-house duties such as meeting and greeting guests, taking orders, cleaning, and maintaining a tidy dining area
- Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Greet guests warmly as a host/hostess, managing reservations via Tableagent and providing excellent guest services
- Maintain food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Support catering events by assisting with setup, meal preparation, and breakdown activities
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth operations
Experience
- Previous restaurant experience or hospitality background preferred 1 year minimum experience; training provided for motivated learners
- Familiarity with food service procedures including serving, clearing, and food safety practices
- Experience with POS systems
- Knowledge of dietary accommodations and food handling regulations is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally
- Experience in catering or banquet settings enhances your ability to succeed in this role
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and guest satisfaction
