Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting sales administration, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires proficiency in various software applications, particularly Excel, and strong communication skills in English.
Duties
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring an efficient and productive work environment.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and management team, including processing orders, invoices and data entry.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is computerised for easy access.
- Assist with customer service tasks, addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, preparing necessary materials and documentation.
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software applications is essential.
- Previous experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are required to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices is advantageous.
