Oakwoods Care Home is looking for somebody to join the care team at our nursing home.
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated care assistant. In this role, you will provide high-quality, genuine care to our 43 residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met in a safe and comfortable environment. As a care assistant, you will:
- Assist residents with daily personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Support residents in their daily activities, including meals, leisure, and social events
- Help maintain a clean, tidy, and safe living environment for residents
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and effective care delivery
- Build strong, positive relationships with residents, their families, and fellow staff members
- Work with the nurses to deliver medical care to our nursing residents
Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

Hours of work:
There are between 19-40 hours per week available.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.55-£12.60 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
