We are currently seeking passionate Support Workers to join our exceptional team in Whittlesey, dedicated to empowering our young people to achieve trans formative and lasting positive outcomes.
Pay: £13.90-£14.70 per hour
Contracted Hours: 40
Shift Patterns- 15 Hour shifts
Sleep inn-£55 pounds(11pm-7am)
Responsibilities

Ensure that all issues relating to the safeguarding of vulnerable children and/or adults are reported according to policies and procedures and in accordance with the safeguarding policy.

Promote young people’s involvement in all areas including service delivery, quality assurance and organisational development.

Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with both internal colleagues and external bodies alike.
Requirements

Able to demonstrate an understanding of social emotional and behavioral difficulties and how these may impact the lives of the young people that we support.

Empowering, approachable and resilient worker who can inspire young people to engage in all aspects of their daily routine

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.

Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce) are desirable.
