Trizaro in Cardigan are seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our store. If you are passionate about delivering a positive shopping experience have excellent communication skills and a passion for clothes and jewellery, we want to hear from you.
The post is based on 15-20 hours per week, includes alternate Saturday working, holiday cover.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in finding suitable products
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process transactions accurately using the electronic point of sale system and cash handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Re stock and arrange cabinets/clothes rails as required
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Available to cover holidays for other staff members
## Requirements
- Proficient in English; fluency in Welsh is a plus
- Willing and able to learn about the brands within the store
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to sell and communicate effectively with customers
- Basic math's skills for processing transactions
- Prior retail experience within the jewellery industry is a plus
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer calls
