Cover Supervisor – Wrexham

Excell Supply is currently recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Wrexham and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced teaching assistants, or individuals with experience working with young people who are looking to gain valuable experience within education.
The Role:
- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff.
- Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain on task.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Provide support and guidance to students where appropriate.
- Report back to teaching staff on lesson progress and student behaviour.

Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Confidence leading a classroom environment.
- A flexible and professional approach.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
