- Communicate delivery schedules and status updates to customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate the movement of technical equipment, replacement parts, tools, and customer orders.
- Maintain accurate records of stock transfers, dispatched items, and completed deliveries.
- Work with warehouse personnel to ensure goods are prepared, labelled, and dispatched correctly.
- Confirm vehicle, driver, and equipment availability before scheduling assignments.
- Support urgent technical-service requests and arrange the required transportation.
- Update logistics, inventory, and customer-management systems.
- Investigate missing, delayed, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.
- Assist with route planning to reduce unnecessary mileage and improve delivery efficiency.
- Monitor transport costs and identify opportunities to improve operational performance.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service partners regarding incoming deliveries.
- Ensure logistics activities comply with health and safety procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on delivery performance, operational issues, and service levels.
- Escalate serious delays, customer complaints, or recurring transport problems.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general business systems.
- Ability to maintain accurate operational and delivery records.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
