⭐ About the home:
Based in Horsham, this provider operates a specialist education provision for up to 60 students alongside its neighbouring three residential homes. They are currently looking for a variety of staff across both their 4x bedded EBD and 4x bedded LD home that cater for young people aged 8-16 with trauma-based and autism-centred needs respectively.
This provider has been operational since 2017 and is viewed as a settled space where staff feel truly valued and recognised for the work. that they do with the young people.
⭐️ About the role:
As a Children's Senior Residential Support Worker, you will support the staff team by leading shifts, ensuring high-quality care is delivered to the young people while utilising therapeutic values to build long-lasting relationships within the home.
Shifts and working hours:
- 40 hours per week
- 07:00 - 22:00 / 14:00 - 22:00
- 3x - 4x shifts per week
- 1 sleep-in per week paid at £67.50.
⭐ What you'll need:
- Minimum of 1 years working within Residential Childcare
- Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Full UK Driving License
