We have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join our team on a maternity cover contract commencing in early September. This is a varied and rewarding role that offers exposure to all aspects of the lettings process. The successful candidate will work closely with landlords and tenants, providing support throughout the tenancy journey from initial enquiry through to move-in.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with tenants and landlords on a day-to-day basis
- Coordinating and arranging maintenance and repair works
- Booking and processing property inspection reports
- Assisting with compliance requirements and organising any necessary remedial works
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Managing a pipeline of let-agreed properties
- Progressing tenancy agreements through to completion
- Coordinating key handovers and ensuring a smooth move-in process for new tenants
We are seeking a highly organised individual with excellent administrative, communication and customer service skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain attention to detail is essential.
Previous experience in a lettings, property or similar role would be advantageous, although full training will be provided and experience is not essential. Access to your own transport is required.
Pay: £26,500.00 per year
