We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Morning Cleaning Operative to join our team and ensure that our facilities are spotless, welcoming, and maintained to the highest standards each day. Duties
- Perform thorough commercial cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, corridors, and communal spaces
- Use professional cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to achieve optimal cleanliness
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, floors are swept and mopped, and waste is properly disposed of in line with health standards
- Restock cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed to maintain operational readiness
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently during all cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the shift to support a healthy environment
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently within set timeframes
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining consistent standards of cleanliness
- Good communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation as required
