About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and professional Laser Hair Removal & Advanced Beauty Therapist to join our growing aesthetics and beauty clinic. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional client care and confident in performing laser hair removal treatments, advanced facials, and beauty services to a high standard.
Essential Qualifications
- VTCT Level 4 Certificate in Laser and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Treatments
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (VTCT, NVQ, or equivalent)
- Relevant insurance and certification to perform treatments
- Strong knowledge of health and safety, infection control, and client consultation procedures
Key ResponsibilitiesLaser Hair Removal
- Conduct thorough client consultations and patch tests
- Perform laser hair removal treatments safely and effectively
- Develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
- Follow clinic protocols and manufacturer guidelines
Advanced Facials & Skin Treatments
- Deliver professional facial treatments
- Perform skin analysis and recommend treatment plans
- Provide treatments such as:
- Microneedling
- Chemical peels (if qualified)
- Hydro facial treatments
- LED light therapy
- Deep cleansing and anti-ageing facials
Beauty Treatments
- Eyebrow shaping and tinting
- Lash treatments
- Waxing and threading (preferred)
- Skincare consultations and retail recommendations
Client Care
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Build long-term client relationships
- Encourage repeat bookings and treatment packages
- Promote skincare products and clinic services
Clinic Duties
- Maintain treatment rooms and equipment
- Ensure cleanliness and infection-control standards
- Assist with stock management
- Support clinic promotions and special events
Desirable Skills
- Experience using professional laser platforms
- Knowledge of skin conditions and Fitzpatrick skin types
- Strong consultation and sales skills
- Experience creating social media content for beauty and aesthetic treatments
- Previous experience working in an aesthetics or skin clinic

Salary
- Junior Therapist (newly qualified Level 4): £13 per hour
- Experienced Therapist (2+ years laser experience): £15 per hour
- Commission and bonus opportunities may be available based on performance and retail sales.
Pay: £14.00 per hour
