As a Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing care schedules, supporting our care staff, and maintaining excellent communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage care staff rotas efficiently.
- Match care workers to clients based on skills, availability, and preferences.
- Ensure all care visits are covered and delivered to a high standard.
- Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Support the recruitment, induction, and supervision of care staff.
- Respond promptly to changes in care needs and emergency situations.
- Participate in the on-call rota, providing out-of-hours support as required.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in domiciliary care, ideally in a coordination or senior care role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good IT skills and confidence using scheduling systems.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
