Bar Loco are looking for a Supervisor to join the team! This role is a great opportunity for an established Bar or Restaurant Supervisor looking to join a growing company and take the next step in their hospitality career.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise team members on shift and drive the business forward when leading shifts
- Organise daily operations, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure high standards of service delivery
- Provide training and mentorship to new and existing staff to foster professional growth
- Maintain excellent communication with team members, management, and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within a busy hospitality environment
- Personal License Holder
