Paid Promotional Performer — Central London
We are hiring confident, reliable people to take part in a public promotional stunt for a new app launch.
You will wear a large red inflatable costume and follow a simple walking route around a major Central London landmark. The performers will remain mostly silent and in character throughout the activation. The day will also be filmed for social media and promotional content.
Pay: £20 per hour
Available shifts:
- Morning: 7:30am–12:30pm — must meet at King’s Cross at 7:30am
- Evening: 4:30pm–8:30pm — Westminster/Big Ben area
You may apply for either shift or both.
What you will do
- Wear and operate an inflatable costume
- Walk repeatedly along an assigned route
- Remain silent and in character
- Follow instructions from the production team
- Potentially hand out branded stickers
- Appear in filmed promotional content
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- For the morning shift, able to meet at King’s Cross at exactly 7:30am
- Comfortable walking and standing for several hours
- Comfortable wearing a warm, enclosed inflatable costume
- Comfortable being filmed in public
- Able to follow a fixed route and remain in character
- Available for the full duration of the selected shift
Water and breaks will be provided. Full instructions and meeting details will be sent to successful applicants.
