We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Production team as a Production Controller at our Wolverhampton site.
Your Role :
Responsible for delivering our customer requirements in line with the Master Production Schedule (MPS)
Key responsibilities:
- Work with supply-chain to ensure both internal and external supply of material to agreed schedules
- Manage Lines of Balance for each Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) within their responsibility
- Develop production and kitting plans in line with customer requirements and sales forecasts (Including Aftermarket, OERs & Aged WIP)
- Validate schedule to capacity (build plan review)
- Manage work order release and closure in line with MPS requirement
- Inventory control/accuracy
- Manage escalation process when a sustained deviation from plan occurs and capture turnbacks
- Management of Engineering change introduction
- Working with operators, production schedules, materials and equipment to ensure on time in full delivery to MPS
- Develop weekly shipping plan in line with customer requirements and operations output
