We are currently seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced Head Chef to lead our busy kitchen. We have opportunities for chefs specialising in Indian, Pakistani, Thai, or Sushi cuisine.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated chef who takes pride in delivering exceptional food quality, leading a successful kitchen team, and maintaining the highest culinary standards.
Visa sponsorship and partnership opportunities are available for eligible candidates. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK, or be eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
- Prepare and cook authentic Indian, Pakistani, Thai, or Sushi dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Develop and maintain menus, including seasonal specials.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the kitchen team.
- Ensure compliance with all food hygiene, health & safety, and HACCP regulations.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimise food waste.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Work closely with management to achieve business objectives and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in Indian, Pakistani, Thai, or Sushi cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of authentic cooking techniques and regional dishes within your specialist cuisine.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

- Competitive salary of £35,000–£39,000 per year.
