Children’s Home Manager – Bradford

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Children’s Home Manager to take the lead at our brand-new 3-bedded EBD children’s home in Bradford.
This is an exciting opportunity to join at the beginning of the home's journey and play a key role in building a safe, nurturing and high-quality environment for children and young people.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will:
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home.
- Lead, support and develop a dedicated care team.
- Ensure excellent safeguarding, care and compliance standards.
- Manage the home in line with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Quality Standards.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, social workers and other professionals.
- Prepare the home for registration and ongoing Ofsted inspections.
- Drive positive outcomes for children and create a stable, therapeutic environment.
About You
We are looking for a confident, passionate and experienced children's residential professional with:
- Previous Registered Manager or Deputy Manager experience.
- Experience working with EBD, trauma and complex behaviours.
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted and children's residential regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A relevant Level 5 qualification, or willingness to achieve this.
