Part-Time HR & Sponsor Licence Compliance Officer (Remote, UK-Based)
Location: Remote (UK applicants only)
Contract Type: Zero-Hours, Fixed-Term Consultancy Agreement (with potential extension to an ongoing rolling arrangement)
Pay: £12.71 per hour
About Us
We are a small and growing business seeking an experienced HR professional to provide flexible HR support and assist with our UK Sponsor Licence application and compliance requirements.
This is a remote, flexible role suited to an independent HR consultant, freelance HR professional, or experienced HR administrator looking for additional work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ad hoc HR support and administration as required.
- Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding documentation.
- Support the company with UK Sponsor Licence compliance requirements.
- Act as the company’s Authorising Officer for the Sponsor Licence application and ongoing compliance, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Ensure sponsor duties and reporting obligations are met.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom and have the right to work in the UK.
- Previous HR or people management experience.
- Strong understanding of UK employment practices and compliance requirements.
- Experience with Sponsor Licence compliance is desirable but not essential.
- Highly organised, reliable, and able to work independently.

Initial Term
