Role Purpose
You will be part of the buying & customer service team, you will be expected to keep high standards of work and assist the team in operating efficiently and effectively within the business.
Customer
Deliver an easy and efficient customer experience putting the customer at the heart of everything you do through decision making
Ensure you react and resolve all customer feedback in a prompt, timely and professional manner ensuring 100% satisfaction
Seek opportunities to grow the customer loyalty base and improve the current data integrity
Update and maintain the current customer loyalty database
Record and analyse customer and event vouchers upon request
Ecommerce
Complete customer orders & invoicing on a daily basis
Ensure all online product listings are complete
Complete website maintenance, ensuring all products are sited in the correct department, relevant size guides are available, all product images are up to date and correct
Buying
Contribute to & support the buying team with given tasks to ensure deadlines are met
Ensure all data is maintained & up to date
Ensure you have a good knowledge of all products across all departments
Marketing
Contribute new ideas to the marketing team to help drive sales
Overall
You have a quick-thinking can-do attitude to adapt to a fast-paced roll, with the ability to act on changing circumstances assigned
Strong communication skills to be able to communicate with customers, your team & other departments
Maintain a good knowledge of the current market place; competitors, trends, new brands, new products
Ensure you are organised and adhere to all time critical tasks
Understand and take accountability for your roll within the team and focus on delivering results working as a team and individually
