Join MM FLOWERS as a Picker on day shift in Picking Department
Location: MM Flowers Limited, Pierson Road, The Enterprise Campus, Alconbury Weald, Huntingdon, PE28 4YA
Hourly rate: £13.61ph
Contract: Full‑time, 38.5 hrs per week (average)

Are you organised, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are looking for Pickers to join our warehouse team at MM Flowers.
As a Picker, you will play an important role in making sure the right stock is picked, scanned and delivered to our production teams and customers accurately and on time.
On a daily basis you will be:
- Picking stock accurately according to production requirements and customer orders.
- Checking quantities, packaging and labelling.
- Scanning stock using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RFID systems.
- Ensuring stock is stored in the correct location and stock movements are recorded accurately.
- Delivering picked stock to production lines in a timely manner.
- Checking incoming stock and reporting any discrepancies.
- Working closely with the Warehouse, Quality and Supply Chain teams.
- Reporting any issues, delays, hazards or stock discrepancies to your manager.
- Following all health, safety, quality and product handling procedures.
- Working as part of a team to achieve productivity, accuracy and operational targets.
- Taking part in training and supporting continuous improvement within the warehouse.
What you can already do:
- Previous experience in a picking, warehouse or stock management role.
- Good attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work at pace and meet operational deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of health and safety requirements in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to follow procedures and use warehouse systems accurately.
Desirable
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Experience with RFID scanning systems.
- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, production or distribution environment.
- Understanding of the link between warehouse and production operations.
