We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Bartender to join our family on a full-time basis. We are seeking a hospitality professional with strong cocktail and beverage knowledge,proven leadership experience and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences. This position reports to the Operations Manager.

Working pattern:Shift work,5 days on 2 days off,2:30pm-11pm shifts

What you'll be doing:

Leading the day-to-day operation of The Egerton Bar,delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.

Training and developing our wider Food & Beverage team. As a luxury 28-bedroom boutique hotel,many team members work across breakfast,afternoon tea,room service and the bar. You will be responsible for ensuring they are confident in bar operations and consistently uphold Egerton's standards.

As one of two team members working each evening,you will play a hands-on role in the day-to-day operation of our intimate 26-cover bar,leading by example and setting the standard for service,cocktail preparation and guest engagement.

Working with Front Office and other departments to create a seamless and personalised guest experience.

Managing stock control,ordering and inventory to ensure the bar operates efficiently.

Creating seasonal drinks,special promotions and memorable experiences that enhance The Egerton Bar's reputation.
What we're looking for:

Previous experience as a Head Bartender,Senior Bartender or Bar Supervisor within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.

Strong knowledge of cocktails,wines and spirits,with a passion for both classic and contemporary mixology.

A proven ability to train,coach and inspire others.

Excellent leadership,communication and guest engagement skills.

A hands-on approach,exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for hospitality.
