As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding clinical care while providing leadership and support to our care team. You'll work closely with the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager to ensure every resident receives safe, compassionate and person-centred care.

You'll be responsible for:
Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
Leading and supporting the care team throughout your shift.
Administering medication safely and effectively.
Assessing, planning and reviewing residents' care plans.
Promoting dignity, independence and choice.
Working alongside GPs and other healthcare professionals.
Supporting and mentoring Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants.
Ensuring accurate clinical documentation.
Maintaining the highest standards of care, safety and compliance.
Building positive relationships with residents, relatives and external professionals.
We're looking for someone who has:
A valid NMC Registered Nurse PIN.
Experience working within elderly care.
Excellent clinical knowledge.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A caring, compassionate and professional approach.
The ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
