Responsibilities

- Manage food production processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency across all dishes
- Enforce strict food safety and hygiene regulations in compliance with health standards
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to minimise waste
- Train and mentor staff to enhance their culinary skills and professional development
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery

Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a busy kitchen environment
- Extensive food production and culinary experience across diverse cuisines
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead effectively
- Excellent food preparation and cooking abilities with attention to detail
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations, including food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Previous restaurant experience demonstrating leadership in a hospitality setting
