Role Accountabilities:
-
The driver will be collecting non-hazardous waste in a Class 2 Vehicle.
-
Daily duties will involve some heavy lifting.
-
Must be willing to spend nights out away on the odd occasion. (night out payment).

Advising & communicating with customers.
-
Averaging 40 hours a week, plus overtime.
-
Ensure that all driver related paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
-
Raise any issues, problems, or concerns with your Line Manager at the earliest opportunity.
-
Deal with Customers in a manner that retains their loyalty to the Company and delivers an outstanding service.
-
Ensure compliance with the Group's Health and Safety policy and behaviours.
-
Drive and operate Company vehicles and equipment in a professional, safe and legal manner.
The Candidate:
-
HGV Class 2 Licence
-
CPC qualification
-
Previous relevant driving experience and possession of a Digi-card
-
Must be able to provide excellent customer service.
-
A level of written and mathematical skills, as there will be paperwork involved.

A flexible approach to the role
-
Experience of working in the waste sector, full training will be given

A basic understanding of IT, works are delivered with a handheld tablet.
