We are a manufacturer and project management company based in Redditch and are currently looking for a reliable Manufacturing Operative to join our team.
This is a full-time position with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
The role involves simple manufacturing and assembly work, supporting our production team to ensure products are completed efficiently and to a good standard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with simple manufacturing and assembly tasks
- Preparing and handling materials for production
- Supporting the production team to meet deadlines
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Following basic production and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not essential
