Our client, a reputable and busy accident repair group with multiple centres across Berkshire, is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their professional team in Maidenhead. This position offers an excellent opportunity for Skilled Paint Sprayers looking to develop their careers within a well-established bodyshop environment.

Duties:
- Carry out painting duties from start to finish including prepping, priming, painting, and polishing
- Paint both full and bumper repairs, ensuring high-quality finishes
- Effectively manage all jobs within manufacturer repair times
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Keep the workshop environment clean and safe, adhering to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- ATA or NVQ qualifications in automotive painting are advantageous but not essential
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within an automotive bodyshop
- Full UK driving licence preferred; car owner status advantageous
- Eye for detail with high standards of workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently within a busy environment and meet deadlines
