Overview
We're looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our existing team at Café Mylor.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a busy café environment and is confident leading a team. Experience is essential, and we're looking for someone who can step up and take charge when the manager isn't on shift.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality supervisory role.
- A confident leader who can run a shift efficiently and support the team.
- A trusted key holder, responsible for opening and closing the café.
- Excellent table service skills with a strong focus on customer experience.
- Someone who stays calm under pressure, is organised, and leads by example.
- A positive, reliable team player with great communication skills.
Your responsibilities:
- Leading shifts and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Opening and closing the café, including key holder responsibilities.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards.
- Supporting, motivating, and guiding the team throughout the shift.
- Handling customer queries professionally and confidently.
- Ensuring the café is clean, organised, and ready for service at all times.
