The Secret Sanctum is launching a premium food concept store in Cambridge. We are seeking a highly experienced Store Director to take full operational ownership of the store.
This is a senior role for someone with strong experience in cafè, restaurants, premium retail, boutique food, lifestyle or hospitality environments, capable of building structure, service excellence and commercial performance in a high-quality, customer-focused setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Full operational responsibility of the Cambridge store
- Recruitment, training and leadership of the in-store team
- Building and maintaining premium service standards
- Driving sales and commercial performance
- Managing daily operations, stock, suppliers and visual merchandising
- Creating a strong customer experience aligned with the brand identity
- Acting as the on-site leader and primary operational decision-maker
- Working closely with the founder during setup and launch phase
We are looking for:
- Proven experience as Restaurant manager, Store Manager / Store Director in premium retail, boutique food, lifestyle or hospitality
- Excellent operational and commercial mindset
- High standards in customer experience and detail
- Strong leadership and accountability
