We are looking for an exceptional Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at Percy Wood Holiday Park.
Percy Wood is one of the group’s largest parks, with a high-volume food operation covering the main bar and restaurant, events and outdoor catering.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong kitchen leader who can manage volume without compromising quality and who wants to help shape a fresh, seasonal and memorable food offer.
The role will include:
- Leading the kitchen team day to day
- Driving standards, consistency and cleanliness
- Organising and motivating the brigade
- Supporting menu development and service delivery
- Maintaining a strong, positive kitchen culture
- Helping deliver quality food in a fast-paced environment
We are looking for someone who:
- Has Head Chef or strong senior kitchen leadership experience
- Works well under pressure in a busy operation
- Cares about fresh food, presentation and service
- Is organised, hands-on and team-focused
- Brings energy, professionalism and high standards
This is a key role for the foreseeable future, so we are looking for a serious applicant who wants to make a real impact.
Live-on-park accommodation available. Relocation support considered for the right person. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be able to attend a cooking interview at Percy Wood if shortlisted.
