Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality care and support to individuals in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily tasks in a care home environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team
- Ensure documentation regarding residents is kept up to date
Requirements:
- Ability to follow care plans accurately and compassionately
- Strong communication skills to interact with residents and colleagues effectively
- Experience in home care is desirable
- Fluency in English for clear communication
