About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of complex digital initiatives from planning through delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and priorities, and ensure projects move forward smoothly while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
You will work closely with business analysts, developers, designers, and senior stakeholders to turn requirements into measurable project outcomes. This is a hands-on mid-level opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, organizing moving parts, and keeping teams focused on delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, resource requirements, and delivery priorities in collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
Delivery Management: Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure deliverables remain aligned with agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
Team Coordination: Work closely with developers, business analysts, designers, technical specialists, and external partners to keep project activities moving efficiently.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential delivery risks, track project issues, and work with relevant teams to develop practical solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Provide clear project updates, facilitate meetings, document decisions, and maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, reporting processes, documentation, and team collaboration.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within technology, software, digital transformation, consulting, or business services.
Project Delivery: Demonstrated experience managing projects from planning and initiation through implementation and completion.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain project information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Organization: Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing requirements.
Tools: Comfortable working with project management, collaboration, documentation, and reporting platforms.
Mindset: You are proactive, structured, and practical. You know how to keep a project moving while understanding when an issue requires additional attention or escalation.
Pay: £51,518.00-£63,700.00 per year
