We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Café Manager to lead our vibrant Cafe and oversee daily operations within our bustling café environment. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service
- Be your own boss and run the café your way.
- Serve breakfasts, freshly made sandwiches, great coffee, homemade cakes, hot lunches, snacks, and takeaway options—or create your own unique menu.
- Manage food preparation processes, ensuring quality and consistency in all offerings
- Supervise food safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations
- Coordinate food production activities, including cooking and serving to meet customer demands
- Operate from 7am - 3pm
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to uphold customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and service areas
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and minimise waste
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production
- No rent
- Set in rural beautiful grounds with horses in the field and a great friendly community
You'll have the freedom to create the café you've always wanted, providing delicious food and drinks to businesses on the park as well as welcoming visitors and local residents.
