We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Perform TIG welding and other welding techniques to join metal parts accurately and efficiently
- Fabricate components using hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal working equipment
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide fabrication processes
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues during assembly or welding tasks
- Cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal and other materials with precision
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity
Requirements
- Proven experience with TIG welding, welding or similar techniques
- Strong proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal fabrication methods
- Mechanical knowledge combined with basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Experience with assembly processes and working with various metals
- Knowledge of safety standards related to welding and fabrication environments
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
