Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager
- Location: Preston, Lancashire
- Salary for Deputy Manager position up to £35,000 per annum (Negotiable based on experience)
- Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

WHAT WE NEED:
Essential criteria:
- 1 year leadership experience in a children’s residential setting
- NVQ / ILM / QCF Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare or working towards this
- Inspiring leadership style that places the needs of the children at the heart of all your decisions.
Desired criteria:
- Level 3 or 4 Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent
- Previous Ofsted rating of either Good or Outstanding
- Driving Licence
