This programme is designed to support personal and professional development through reflective mentoring, leadership coaching and psychological insight. The aim is to help the student develop greater self-awareness, stronger interpersonal communication skills and the foundations needed for a future career in business leadership.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an exceptional coach, psychologist or leadership development specialist with extensive expertise in human behaviour. The successful candidate will be able to facilitate reflective conversations, build trust and support meaningful personal development in a structured and practical way.
They should have:
- A strong background in coaching and psychology within leadership or similar roles in a small to medium-sized business environment.
- An understanding of personality profiles, motivation, communication styles, decision-making and interpersonal effectiveness within professional settings.
- Experience working with professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs or other high-performing individuals, with a clear understanding of how self-awareness and interpersonal skills contribute to leadership capability and success.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate reflective discussions, challenge assumptions constructively and adapt their coaching style to suit the individual's personality and career ambitions.
- The ability to translate psychological and behavioural concepts into practical, actionable insights.
Programme Objectives
The aim of this programme is to equip the student with the skills and self-awareness needed to become an effective and value-adding leader.
By the end of the programme, the student should have:
- A deeper understanding of their own behavioural patterns, strengths, areas for development, communication style, decision-making tendencies and motivational drivers, and be able to apply this self-awareness in professional settings.
- Enhanced interpersonal and leadership skills, including the ability to build strong working relationships, communicate effectively, receive and apply feedback constructively, navigate challenging conversations and contribute positively within teams.
- A clearer understanding of the personal qualities and behaviours that underpin successful leadership, including resilience, adaptability, judgement, accountability and the ability to add value across different teams, functions and professional situations.
Proposed Structure
The programme will be developed collaboratively, using six-week masterclass sprints followed by two weeks dedicated to embedding and demonstrating learning.
Short research or development tasks may be set between sessions to encourage independent reflection and ensure the programme remains student-led and focused on delivering meaningful value.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
