Purple Frog are looking for temporary Check Out/ In & Inventory Clarks to as assisting with busy tenancy change-over helping students to check-in and out of our properties!
You will be responsible for carrying out check out inspections which involves meeting tenants at properties for a key handover and completing an inspection. Then carrying out detailed property inventories. You will also be helping the property managers with any small jobs that they might require assistance with from key cutting to basic admin work.
What we want from you:
- No experience required (full training will be provided)
- Assertive individuals as you will be required to discuss deposit deductions with tenants at properties
- Be able to manage your own time and arrive at appointments on time
- Use your initiative
- Drivers with own vehicle preferred
- Be enthusiastic, very well organized
Training will start from late June (Week commencing 22nd June), you will be required to work on a rota basis for a minimum of 2 weeks, we may be able to offer work after this depending on demand. You must be available to work on Monday 29th June, Tuesday 30th June, Wednesday 1st July.
