⭐ Role Responsibilities – Service Engineer (No Repairs Focus)
As a Service Engineer, you will:
• Carry out annual boiler servicing and landlord gas safety checks across social housing properties
• Complete planned maintenance visits in line with compliance and safety standards
• Ensure all appliances are operating safely and efficiently in accordance with Gas Safety regulations
• Record and update job information accurately using company systems
• Identify and report any additional defects or follow-up work required during service visits
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer care at all times
• Communicate clearly with residents and the planning team regarding appointments and visit outcomes
• Work independently, managing your daily workload efficiently
⭐ Ideal Candidate
• Valid ACS and relevant gas qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
• Experience in domestic servicing and breakdown work (servicing focus preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance
• Excellent customer service skills and professional approach
• Comfortable working independently in occupied social housing properties
