- Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and communicating clearly about repair timelines and solutions.
Experience
- Proven experience in property maintenance and troubleshooting..
- Demonstrated leadership or supervising experience in a maintenance setting.
- Strong practical maintenance skills across various building systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and effective team collaboration.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally while maintaining safety standards.
