TruckMax are currently recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder at our workshop premises in Wisbech.
- The ideal candidate will have the right attitude, be willing to learn and have both TIG and MIG welding experience.
Only candidates currently residing in the UK will be considered.
Person Specification
You should have TIG / MIG Welding qualifications - Preferred
At least 10 years work experience is a similar role - Essential.
Experience with Stainless Steel - Preferred.
Experience with pipework - Preferred.
Be organised and pay attention to detail.
Must be able to work on their own initiative - Essential
Must be flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the scheduled work.
- Main Duties will include:
TIG / MIG Welding on components of new stainless steel bespoke Exhausts.
Use of power tools to cut/drill/saw and polish.
To be confident to follow instructions and be prepared to ask for assistance- we do not work with drawings.
Additional Information
40 hour Week over 4 Days (Mon - Thurs)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £14.00-£16.50 per hour
