About the Role:
The Front of House is a customer facing role, you will be representing the team and will be the link that keeps everything running smoothly. Day to day you will:
· Greet customers and provide them with next level customer service
· Keep customers in the loop with vehicle updates
· Upsell additional time and work where needed
· Build invoices
· Schedule work ensuring workshop efficiency
· Order parts
· Working hours Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm. No weekends
