Are you passionate about making a real difference to the lives of children with additional needs?
We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our wonderful team as a SEND Support Nursery Practitioner.
32 hours per week | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
This is a rewarding role where you'll provide tailored support for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping them to flourish through meaningful play, nurturing relationships and high-quality early years practice.
Working closely with our SENDCo, the child's family and other professionals, you'll contribute to targeted outcome plans and help create an inclusive environment where every child can reach their full potential.
Please note: This role is funded by the local authority and is therefore dependent on continued funding and the child remaining at our setting.
