Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining efficient office operations, and providing excellent support to staff and clients. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
- Organise and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for easy access to documents
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office programmes, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff members
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Handle administrative duties such as ordering supplies, processing invoices, and managing mail
- Support bookkeeping activities by entering financial data into QuickBooks
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-organised at all times
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed
Qualifications
- Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks is a MUST!
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
