About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Window & Doors Production Operatives to join our busy manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will help build high-quality windows and doors, ensuring products meet our standards for safety, accuracy and finish.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Operate machinery and hand tools used in the production of uPVC/aluminium windows and doors
- Measure, cut, assemble, and prepare components to specification
- Fit hardware such as hinges, handles, locks, and glazing
- Carry out quality checks throughout the production process
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working area
- Work effectively as part of the production team to meet daily targets
- Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment (window/door production desirable but not essential)
- Good practical and mechanical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to use basic tools
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
