We are currently recruiting Care Assistants / Support Workers to join our growing team. You will be working in care homes, supported living, and residential settings, providing high-quality care to service user.
Main duties
Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Supporting residents with daily activities
Assisting with mobility and transfers
Administering or supporting medication (if trained)
Maintaining dignity, respect, and privacy of service users
Completing accurate daily records and handovers
Working as part of a care team
Requirements
Previous care experience
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
Good communication skills
Compassionate and caring attitude
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
Up-to-date mandatory care training certificates are desirable.
Candidates without current training must be willing to complete required training before being assigned shifts.
