ZITON offers full service and turnkey solutions, which include all aspects and tasks related to offshore major component replacements or large repair campaigns including jack-up vessels, equipment, manpower and planning & documentation.
For turnkey solutions and repair campaigns, ZITON collaborates with sub-suppliers to repair and upgrade components, provide facilities and other compulsory requirements and take full responsibility. For customers, it means less risk and only one contracting partner.
We are looking for an individual who is a team player, enthusiastic and self-motivated to provide clerical and organisational support to ZITON Contractors both in the UK and Denmark. You will work with a team that are passionate, proud and determined with a “Can Do. Will Do” attitude to always deliver a safe and successful high-quality service to each campaign every time.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage a number of administrative tasks for projects.
· Contract type: Permanent
· Location: Remotely at first but in time 2/3 days in an office in the Great Yarmouth area.
· Hours: Full-time
The Role and Key Responsibilities
You’ll support by carrying out key administration tasks,
· Support ZITON Contractors head office team both in the UK and Denmark.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for offshore travelling technicians across multiple projects in the UK and Europe.
- · Liaising with Technicians, suppliers, and colleagues to support the operations of campaigns.
- · Assist in keeping in house systems up to date with personal information and training certifications.
· In time you will be required to be at the office 2/3 days a week in the UK ( Great Yarmouth area)
- · Some weekend cover required. 1 weekend a month.
- Visits to ZITONS head office in Denmark and Other European Countries Occasionally .
- Must have a right to work in the UK Visa/Settlement.
Skills and Experience
· Previous experience in office administration role is essential
· Ability to undertake a multitude of tasks and balance at times a busy workload
· Be self-motivated and a team player
· Ability to work independently using own initiative
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Reliability and flexibility with a can-do attitude.
· Highly effective communicator via email, letter, phone, and face to face
· Friendly and approachable disposition
· IT skills in Microsoft Word and Excel packages
- ideally experience of arranging travel and coordination would be ideal - training provided.
· Full driving license required.
We ask that you have in place good Broadband connectivity as you will be working from home, ideally live in the Norfolk, Suffolk area.
