An opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time (2 days per week, Thursdays and Fridays only) HCA to join a team working for The Whiteley Clinic in Bristol in their busy Private Varicose Vein Clinic at LITFIELD HOUSE.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and people skills, together with a caring attitude, who is committed to delivering the highest level of patient care and actively participating, maintaining the highest standard for both patients, visitors, and staff.
You must be self-motivated with a good work initiative and computer literate.
Previous theatre experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
Duties to include:
- Meet and Greeting patients.
- Maintaining and uploading information for patient computer records
- Offering Refreshments to Patients
- Assisting Medical Professionals in outpatient and treatment Procedures
- Act as a runner for theatre
- Chaperoning
- Measuring Patients for compression hosiery.
- Ordering of Stock
- Preparation of Patient clinic records
- Clinical Cleaning
You will be required to undertake some mandatory training and complete a DBS check.
Hours of 8 am-17:30 pm on Thursday and Fridays.
Average of 16 hours per week.
