JDI Legal are currently working with a thriving L500 firm who are currently looking to add to their dedicated commercial property team.
The department is thriving and the recruitment is due to increased instructions. A good quality and varied workload is on offer ranging from buying and selling of local businesses/SME's, acting for Landlords on leases renewals etc.
The Directors are happy to consider a range of PQE from NQ to senior and may even consider a qualified/strong residential background if someone is keen and motivated to make the transition to commercial property.
Whilst the role is ideally full time, they are open to consider experienced commercial property solicitors seeking a reduced working week. The role would largely be office based but they can offer some scope for flexible working.

Pay: £32,000.00-£53,000.00 per year
