Innovators Guild is a high-trust network for deep-tech people and the companies that want to work with them. We connect technical founders, engineers, scientists, and enterprise innovation teams around real opportunities: sponsorships, memberships, events, and collaborations that lead to actual business.
We already have AI doing the first pass on prospecting and outreach. What we need now is a strong human closer who can take warm conversations, understand what the other side really wants, and turn interest into signed deals. This is not a cold-call grind and it is not a script-heavy sales role. It is a conversation-led role for someone who knows how to build momentum, spot genuine opportunity, and close with confidence.
You will be speaking with technical founders, deep-tech operators, enterprise innovation teams, and researchers. Some conversations will be straightforward. Others will need patience, judgement, and a bit of commercial instinct. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in that space and enjoys the mix of relationships, deal-making, and smart follow-up.
What you’ll actually do
- Take warm leads from the AI agents and move them through qualification and close.
- Run thoughtful, commercially sharp conversations without sounding like a generic salesperson.
- Close sponsorships, memberships, event participation, and partnership deals.
- Keep the pipeline organised and give feedback that helps improve the AI workflows.
- Work closely with the founder in a low-micromanagement environment where judgment matters.

- Good instincts, good communication, and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Curiosity about deep-tech and the people working in it.
- Comfort using AI as part of the workflow rather than treating it like a gimmick.
- Self-direction and the ability to keep momentum without constant oversight.
