IT Technician
VYRONOX STUDIOS LIMITED is seeking an IT Technician to support its computer game publishing and interactive software development operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, systems and user accounts.
- Install and maintain computers, development workstations, servers and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot LAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and network connectivity issues.
- Manage Active Directory, user permissions and system security.
- Support Windows and Linux environments and business/development software.
- Maintain network equipment, firewalls and IT infrastructure.
- Manage IT tickets and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Assist with system updates, backups, security and routine maintenance.
- Maintain IT documentation and equipment records.
Requirements
- Experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Linux, hardware and networking.
- Experience with Active Directory, VPNs, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP.
- Knowledge of firewalls and basic IT security.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: £41,700.00 per year
