- Greeting the guests, taking the food and drink orders
- Use the till and card machine
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Qualification - e.g. Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred)
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent client relationship and customer care skills
- Having a substantial knowledge in Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations
- Good organisational skills
- Having passion for food and be willing to learn
- A team player with high discipline
- Able to work long hours and weekends
